Pre-K 3 Mariners

L. Raley--Mariners (PK3)

St. Thomas’ three-year-old children are called “Mariners” because the school is located on Clear Lake, which eventually flows into the ocean where real-life mariners explore the world. Like mariners, St. Thomas’ three-year-old children are adventurers who seek to discover new understandings of the world around them. Units of study are thematic and integrated across curricular areas. This program is a true educational program, not a day-care program. Before-school care is available for half-day students, and before- and after-school care is available for full-day students at an additional cost. PreK-3 children must be toilet-trained before attending school, and must be 3-years-old by October 1.

The PreK-3 curriculum focuses on the following topics:

  • Intellectual Development
  • Social-emotional & Spiritual Development
